The Scorecard takes about 25 minutes with no preparation. Answer one question at a time based on how career preparation works today. Your results appear immediately and are saved through a private link and passcode, so you can return whenever you're ready.
No. One of the six domains examines the career center's strategic operating model. The other five look at the broader ecosystem: who owns the strategy, how work is coordinated, what students experience, who extends the work, and whether priorities become sustained progress. It assesses the conditions surrounding the career center, not the center's performance.
You can complete it alone, but it is most valuable with two or three colleagues who see the work from different perspectives. Your results are not public. They are available through the private link and passcode sent to you. Paré Consulting can access submissions, but your individual answers will not be shared or published. Results may be used anonymously and in aggregate to develop future benchmarks.

Rebekah Paré brings more than 20 years of higher education experience spanning career preparation, degree progress, academic policy, and institutional strategy. Before founding Paré Consulting, she helped build one of the Big Ten's leading liberal arts career initiatives at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and led the consolidation of four career centers into a centralized operation at Washington University in St. Louis.
That experience shaped a core belief behind Paré Consulting: career outcomes depend on far more than what happens inside a career center. Rebekah and her team have now worked with more than 50 colleges and universities to solve complex organizational challenges and build stronger career ecosystems.
